After your request is reviewed, Traphouse Nursery will confirm availability, shipping eligibility, weather conditions, and any destination restrictions. If the request is approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
Invoice line items may use general live-plant wording such as Live Botanical Specimen, Special Order Botanical Specimen, or Nursery Stock – Manual Invoice Order. The invoice corresponds to the plant request submitted through the website or contact form.
Once the invoice is paid, the order will be prepared for shipment. Tracking information will be sent to the same email address used for the invoice.
